-According to company DP sales strategy and policy, set up territory DP business action plan, make target decomposition
- Develop territory distributor and negotiate with distributor, breed provincial level key distributor and sub-distributor network, ensure business network extension and rational layout after territory distributor integrating which is based on the territory real situation and DP distributor evaluation criteria
-Build up long term partnership with key distributors, actively explore new cooperation model, provide analysis and suggestions for innovative business models, and enlist distributor contribution to the maximum
-Responsible for the Company KPIs: sales target achievement, distributor inventory level, success rate of tender
-Provide sufficient compliance training to ensure Sandoz SP3 and other business guidance be fully implemented


-Education : University degree in Science and/or degree in Business
-Languages: Good spoken & written
-A minimum of 3 years business experience years in sales position
-Business Acumen, knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting business
-Problem Solving, uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
-Drive for Results, steadfastly pushes self and others for results
-Customer Focus, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
- Negotiating, can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
